When will my order be shipped?
Orders are dispatched between Monday and Friday.
We are facing unprecedented times, resulting in increased delivery times. Estimate delivery times ranges widely from 7 to 15 business days, depending on the pandemic situation from us, to you. There could be unexpected lockdowns, state border closures, labour strikes, and other situations out of our control. Orders placed on Public Holidays or Weekends will begin their processing on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email which states your tracking number.
Can I track my order?
Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email containing tracking details. Click the tracking link to follow the status of your order.
Please Contact Us to confirm your tracking details if you have not received tracking details within 5 business days.
What happens if I am not home to receive my order?
Your order will be left in a safe place at your address as determined by our delivery drivers. Please ensure our delivery drivers have safe access to your property. We cannot take responsibility for damaged packages or goods caused by pets once your order has been delivered.
We recommend monitoring your order for any tracking updates.
If I want to return a product what is the Return Policy?
This policy applies to official Crickbuster merchandise items purchased through the online shop only. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- All claims must be submitted within two (2) days of package receipt.
- The product is in its original packaging
- Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
- The product is not used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- All returns must be pre-approved by Crickbuster, Inc.
- Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
- Unfortunately, Crickbuster cannot refund the amount for the sold items. But you can exchange the items. Refer Below section for more information.
How do I exchange items?
We know how disappointing it is when something turns up and it is not quite right; so, to arrange an exchange please post the item back to for a direct exchange for a new size. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges between different product types.
Please note that: Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
Do I need to pay to return my item?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns. We are not responsible for items that are lost in the post, so we recommend you use a postal service which insures you for the value of the package.

What is the Exchange policy on Crickbuster, Inc?
As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold.
If the product is eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at inquiry@crickbuster.com strictly within 24 hours of delivery to request exchange for exchange. We do only size exchange once for all orders, items once sold are not taken back.

Can I cancel my order?

How will I receive the credit for my money when the desired size of the exchange product is not available?
The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in the next 20 days on the Crickbuster website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.
Can I return, exchange, or cancel an international order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. To cancel your order please email us on inquiry@crickbuster.com
Why is my exchange not accepted?
We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & amp; have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There is bound to be variations in color, finish, and overall look. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
10-12% Color difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please do not expect an exchange, or return for the same.
Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn. All the sales, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-exchangeable.
